If you are not using a full keyboard, function, labeled fn on your keyboard, plus the up and down arrow keys will give you a page up and down. Does anyone know how I can solve this issue? It is time consuming to move through a long email or document by lines. The left and right arrow keys will move the cursor to home and end just fine. The virtual console has fixed scroll back size, it sounds like it's limited to video memory size according to this Linux virtual console Scrolling behavior documentation. For example when I'm reading through a long email and want to move down by page, I press the function key along with the vo keys and down arrow, and all I hear is a beep and nothing happens. SHIFT + Page Up and SHIFT + Page Down are the correct keys to operate on the linux (virtual) console, but vmware console doesn't have those terminal settings.
I am still having difficulty going up and down a page on the mac.
